After logging in, we recommend the following:

Update your user details in ‘User Settings’ (grey button at top right
of home page). You will only need to do this once.

Take a look at the videos on the ‘Help’ page. Once you’ve logged in,
the Help icon can be found on the left.

Read the FAQs by clicking on the FAQs link at the bottom of the page.
